This session will highlight the efforts one rural mid-atlantic district has made to leverage Tier 1 practices that schools are implementing to create a platform for stakeholder voice and a thus a new way of work to effectively respond to changing needs of the local school-communities. Students will be a part of this presentation as well as clips of various student interviews (elementary to high school) that have increased district leaders' understanding of what is working and what shifts to implementation will create the optimal conditions for students to thrive academically, socially, emotionally and behaviorally.
