Kari Staack
Kari Staack has been in the education industry for 32 years. She is currently an instructional coach with emphasis in developing and delivering professional learning experiences to adults in the Waverly-Shell Rock Community School District. In this position, she designs and leads professional development, supports teachers in developing themselves as professionals, models instructional practices and coordinates TLC lead teachers who lead their peers in the building. Kari received her degree in education from Wartburg College Waverly, Iowa, and her M.Ed. in K-12 education from Viterbo University, La Crosse, WI. She also designs, develops, and delivers elearning, hybrid, and face to face courses and training sessions at the undergraduate, graduate, and adult learner levels. Last year, she helped develop a professional learning model currently used by 54 staff members at the high school level. Her commitment to being a professional is fueled by the desire to meet people where they are, and to positively support their daily growth as a lifelong learner.
