I am a former elementary teacher, instructional coach, and coordinator of instructional coaching. I attended Northwest Missouri State University (B.S.Ed., 2002) and Drake University (M.S.Ed, 2005; Ed.D., 2017). I am currently a Professional Learning and Leadership Consultant (PLLC) for Region 3 of Heartland AEA and an adjunct instructor for Viterbo University's master's of education program.
