Student Presenter Iowa Student Learning Institute
Event Manager
Norwalk High School
Hannah has served as the Event Manager for IowaSLI since December of 2018. She is a Sophmore at Norwalk High School and currently serves as the Sophmore Class President of the Norwalk Student Council. As the Event Manager, Hannah helps coordinate all of IowaSLI’s regional and statewide events.

Throughout her school career, Hannah has been inspired to use her voice to help others find theirs. She started Girls Who Code at her school, which teaches and empowers girls to use coding to impact their communities. Hannah joined IowaSLI because she is passionate about making an impact on the lives of Iowa’s students.

When she isn’t working on IowaSLI projects Hannah participates in swimming, track, 4-H, robotics and band. She also takes every chance she has to encourage and inspire her peers to use their passion to address problems in their communities. When she finds extra time Hannah loves to hang out with her friends, listen to Ted Talks, go on random but interesting Internet deep dives, and play with her cat, Cowboy.
