Sara Mohr began her journey as an educator as a classroom teacher, where she spent nearly a decade.  From there, she decided she wanted to stretch herself and impact other educators. She was able to do that by being an Induction Coach and Lead Induction Coach with the Grant Wood AEA Consortium who supported new teachers in various school districts.  During that time she also became a presenter and mentored other Induction Coaches. Additionally, Sara started and developed an At-Risk Program at an Intermediate level school and was quick to connect with the students and help them succeed.  She now enjoys working alongside families to support their children through the Family Educator Partnership Program (FEP),through Grant Wood AEA. In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys on their farm.
